The governing board of the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority consist of 17 members that are appointed by the member cities. Cities with a population over 10,000 will have two directors, while cities with less than 10,000 will have one director.
The Board meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of January, April, July and October. Committee meetings are held to develop and recommend policies, objectives, programs and actions for consideration by the full Board.
